The secret to our beyond amazing dishes is really no secret at all. We start with fresher than fresh ingredients and pour in the kind of time and love it takes to make the best southwestern flavor you've ever tasted. The fresh green chilies and jalapeños that make up our salsa, sauces and marinades are flown in overnight from New Mexico. Our chicken and meats are marinated for a minimum of 24 hours to bring out flavors that are normally only left to the imagination. And that's only the beginning. We think you'll agree that these endless efforts are worth it.
