OUR STAFF


Next to our food, the thing people seem to rave about is our wonderful staff. Below, you can get to get to know each of employees a bit more!

ALLIE – Server
Allie has been coming to Chile Verde with her family since the restaurant opened, and now we have the pleasure of working with her. She is an Advertising and PR major at Texas Christian, with a minor in business.
AMY – Server
By day, Amy works at Lifestyle Communities. By night, she loves both specialty Rock and Roll and working at Chile Verde.
ANTONIA – Server/Hostess
Antonia is graduate of Wittenberg with a degree in Sociology Studies and a minor in Russion. She loves reading and all sports, with a special passion for soccer and rugby.
BRANDON – Server
Born in Columbus, Brandon is a big fan of basketball and football. He enjoys being a clown and making people laugh, but he is also very quiet at times.
DAN – Server
Dan now serves the food he grew up enjoying at Chile Verde with his family. He goes to the University of Pittsburgh with a Spanish Major and on a pre-med track. He is from Columbus and likes movies, music and reading.
DANA – Chef
A published poet with a passion for firey foods, Dana has worked for Chile Verde for 13 years. She loves her two kittens, 2 nices and unlimited quantities of french fries.
ELYSE – Server
Else is a junior at OSU, majoring in music. She is from Cincinnati and loves playing music and dancing.
JOCELYN – Manager
Born in Brownsville, TX, but raised as a Buckeye, Jocelyn has been a part of the Chile Verde family since 2002. She married her high school sweetheart, Greg, and they have a daughter Alivia. Jocelyn has studied Psychology at OSU and is proud of her Hispanic heritage.
JUSTIN – Server
Justin attends OSU majoring in environmental tech. He enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, dirtbiking, rock climbing and scuba diving.
KYLE – Server
Kyle's hobbies include singing the blues, fishing, and the outdoors. He has lived in Ohio for 15 years and has studied Wildlife Management at The University of Alabama and Hocking college.
LAURA – Server
Laura is an OSU grad, with a major in biology and chemistry with aspirations to be a veternarian. She has been with Chile Verde since 2005 and her kind smile and warm ways are qualities that Chile Verde regulars (including the creator of this Web site) look forward to.
LINDSAY – Server/Hostess
Lindsay is a graduate of Nationwide Beauty Academy with a major in hair and a minor in nails. She is from Columbus and enjoys relaxing with her cat Puma, reading, playing bockey, swimming, and serving guests at Chile Verde.
LIZ – Server
A middle childhood education major at OSU, Liz also tutors children in math. She is an accomplished gymnast and enjoys watching OSU football and basketball.
MAGGIE – Bartender
Maggie is another of our Buckeye students, and she is majoring in speech and hearing.
ROB – Bartender
Customers have had the pleasure of getting to know Rob for over 10 years at Chile Verde. With a BA in Art from Kent State and a teaching license from Ashland University, Rob teaches art to elementary students. He loves to paint, create art, listen to music and research. He and his wife are thoroughly enjoying their wonderful experiences with their baby Ezra.
WENDY – Server
Wendy was born in Ecuador and enjoys salsa dancing. She is an art student at CCAD.
